Easter in Romania

Tomorrow is Easter here in Romania. ✝️
We are very thankful for the blessings we have these days. Our family, good friends, a healthy church, planning to build our home, and the amazing friend we have in Jesus. What we do is a reflection of his life while he was here on earth, sharing his message, caring for the least of these, and upholding His father’s character. Thank you Jesus for your example, your love, your miracles& wonders, and finally your sacrifice!

In the last weeks, we have been meeting with the Garcina village kids & Ion Creanga Orphanage kids clubs weekly. At the village we watched the Jesus film and talked about what the resurrection means, and in the Orphanage we took them to McDs for those who earned it with their attendance & also had two lessons with the flannelgraph on the crucifixion & resurrection. We also had a special day with the girls of Casa Ray Orphanage for Easter vacation. Thank you for your prayers! 🙏☀️✝️

We are Lucian and Becca Avadanei, a young couple bent on orphan ministry. We met while both of us were involved in ministry to Romanian children, and decided to team up in our efforts to help orphans and abandoned children discover who they are. Now, we are serving together in Children and Youth Outreach in Romania under the organization My Brother’s Keeper Ministries. Follow us on our blog and learn how you can pray for the children.
